Advice for Natural Skin Care

By Kyle Richey

In todays society, everyone is resorting to Botox to give themselves a younger looking face. While this used to be an expensive product and was only used by movie stars and actors, today many more women are using it. Botox parties are becoming popular. The in thing is to attend a Botox party and get your injection and a glass of wine and be on your way.

Before you decide to leap into a drastic measure like Botox, try considering natural skin care tips that are sure to help you fight against wrinkles, blemishes, lines, and any other type of skin problems. If you know what youre doing and you know what kind of products to use, you are sure to be successful.

Firstly, realize that natural skin care is external and internal. You have to be able to nourish your body inside before you can nourish the exterior of your body. Nourishing your body means drinking a lot of water, eating a healthy diet, and exercising.

For one thing, the foods you eat affect your skin. Oily skin is prone to breakouts and this is often due to eating a lot of greasy or high fat content foods.

Exercising is also part of your natural skin care routine as this increases your blood and oxygen flow. When your blood is circulating at an optimal pace this means more nourishment for your skin and more often is the blood taking way dead skin cells and other wasteful elements.

Oxygen is very important to healthy skin because it is carried by the blood and the more you exercise, the more oxygen you have flowing throughout your body, which then gives you better looking skin.

Water may be the most important part of natural skin care, as the body hydrates the skin last after it has delivered its water supply to all other parts, including the organs and muscles. If you don't drink enough water, your skin won't get enough hydration. Dehydration of the skin is one of the major causes of wrinkles and lines. Any other steps you take toward natural skin care won't amount to much if you don't drink enough water.

If you want to take your natural skin care regimen to the next level, you can consider making facial masks of natural ingredients like honey, avocado, green tea, and oatmeal. Usually you mix any of these with some plain yogurt to make a paste and rub it on your face, then let it sit for about 20 minutes before washing it off.

All of these ingredients are great for natural skin care because they dont pose any sort of risk and they dont bring along or sort of chemicals or preservatives like store-brand products do. These ingredients will not irritate you skin, but they will moisturize and nourish it.

This is one of the reasons that natural skin care is especially good for those with very sensitive skin - you're not being overly exposed to these harsh elements that just make your skin worse.

Before you decide to spend loads of money on expensive and fancy skin care products, try natural skin care and see what it does for you.
